Clifford Devlin has commenced work on the fourth phase of a long-term programme to upgrade and refurbish a residential block in London’s West End. The final stage involves the complete modernisation of three flats as well as the relighting, overhauling and decoration of all the ‘live’ common stairwells at premises in High Street Kensington.
The project which was commissioned by Morley Fund Management in 2005 and has included the upgrade of electric and gas installations to all the residential units to comply with the latest regulations; refurbishment of Flats 2, E, F, G & M also stone cleaning and decorations of two of the external elevations.
The programme of the current phase is due to be completed in January 2008.
