Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin have been appointed to carry out a demolition & structural alteration project for a repeat client.

Works to a Grade II listed building which involve replacement and installation of shell and core mechanical and electrical services, associated architectural and structural works to all levels of the building including the roof and plant areas.

The building has eight storeys, a sub-basement and basement.
