Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out an asbestos removal project on a sheltered housing block in Westminster.
The works included licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal to 45 flats. The licensed works required the removal of asbestos insulation board panels and risers.
The non-licensed asbestos removal works required the removal of floor tiles and textured coatings throughout the properties and throughout the communal areas of the building.
These works were programmed in to suit the clients demanding programme and other contractors that were required on site.
''Would like to say how impressed I was with your guys over here. George in particular was very helpful. I know they were up against it a bit to get the works done. They were very well organised and worked tidily and most importantly safely causing us no issues. Look forward to working with you again in the future.'' - Calum Eyre, Contracts Manager, Axis Europe.
Added Value: Clifford Devlin and Axis Europe donated to Camden foodbank which is a local donation point to the project. The borough has a significant number of homeless people and people who live in great deprivation.
‘’It is great that you are working on a project and want to donate to Camden Foodbank. Currently, there is a huge amount of need from local adults and children in food poverty so we are very grateful and appreciative for your support.’’ – Jackie, Support Manager, Camden Foodbank.
