Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin have been appointed to carry out the demolition and temporary propping of a former open-plan office and 4 residential units.
Scope of work:
- Installation of TW after final investigations to support façade
- Soft Strip
- Demolition down to ground
- Removal of ground slab
- Clearance of all debris
All works will be carried out in full compliance with current construction & environmental legislation and with any additional requirements stipulated by the London Borough of Camden Council.
