Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out the soft strip and demolition works at a commercial park.
We are conducting demolition works as an enabling phase for the site redevelopment. The works will take place across 4 locations within the park.
Our in house asbestos division were also in attendance for the removal of non-licensed mastic, gaskets to pipework and the disposal of safes containing asbestos.
