Client: Airborne Environmental Consultants
Duration: 1 week
Location: Devon TQ4
Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out the asbestos removal of both licensed and non-licensed materials over 2 holiday parks located in Devon. This was to enable our client to carry out their planned ongoing refurbishment and fire protection enabling works.
Works were completed out of season, so our operational team had full access to sites and public spaces.
Work required the removal of asbestos based insulation board (AIB) to ceilings, textured coating (artex) to ceilings, encapsulation management, cement door headers and asbestos floor tile removal, over various buildings and site.
The licenced works were carried out under fully controlled conditions in one enclosure. The non-licenced were carried out under locally controlled conditions.
Following the works, a 4-stage clearance and reassurance air testing was carried out for reoccupation by a UKAS accredited analytical company.
