Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out the soft strip and demolition package including asbestos removal in Mayfair, London.
The project will make way for the refurbishment of 21-25 Bruton Place. The transformation involves merging three mews properties into a unified structure, offering both office and retail space.
