Clifford Devlin have been appointed to undertake an asbestos removal project at Broadwater Farm Estate in North London. The project involves the safe removal of asbestos containing materials (ACMs) from the Northolt block, a residential building spanning 17 floors and 102 flats, including communal areas such as stairwells and lobby spaces.

The asbestos removal process encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks, ensuring the health and safety of residents and workers. The key activities include:

  • Removing textured coatings (e.g., artex) from ceilings and walls.
  • Taking out insulation panels from doors and other locations.
  • Safely removing cement panels, gaskets, and other asbestos containing materials.
