This week, Tim Clifford and Les Rose have taken new job titles (Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director, respectively) which better reflect the changes in their roles that have been evolving since the formation of the new board at Clifford Devlin.
These changes align with the commitment made when the Employee Ownership Trust was established and mark the next step forward in the company’s evolution.
Both Tim and Les will remain close to the business and its clients for the foreseeable future, but more of their day-to-day duties are the responsibility of the various members of the main board.
