Clifford Devlin is proud to announce that we have been successfully appointed onto the South East Consortium (SEC) Construction & Development Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering high quality services across London and the South East.
We have been appointed to Lot 1 – Site Preparation, which includes a comprehensive range of services such as demolition and site clearance, decontamination, reinstatement, and remediation. Our inclusion in this DPS reinforces our reputation as a trusted provider in the industry, enabling us to collaborate with housing providers, local authorities, and other public sector organisations to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient site solutions.
As part of this exciting opportunity, we look forward to attending the SEC DPS launch event on March 27th, where we will gain further insights into the framework, its operations, and the potential projects it will support.
