Background
Les Rose joined Clifford Devlin in 1984 specifically to project manage a major dismantling / deconstruction programme for the London Borough of Hillingdon. Following completion he returned to Head Office and progressed to his current position. Les has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years working with Sindall Construction on major new housing schemes as a Site Agent for eight years prior to joining Clifford Devlin.
Les now fulfils a less hands on role as Non-Executive Director and is available to provide the benefit of the wealth of experience and knowledge of the sectors in which Clifford Devlin operate. Specifically in relation to demolition, the experience that Les has in pricing complex projects is a valuable sounding board when considering tender pricing and programme.
