Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out an asbestos removal project on a sheltered housing block in Westminster.

The works include licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal to 45 flats. The licensed works require the removal of asbestos insulation board panels and risers.

The non-licensed asbestos removal works require the removal of textured coatings throughout the properties. Our scope also includes the communal areas of the building.
