Barnet House

Clifford Devlin are working on the second phase of works for the proposed re-development of Barnet House. Our first phase of works began in 2021.

The enabling works are for the proposed scheme which consists of the redevelopment of the Barnet House site from commerical use into residential properties.

The project consists of the demolition of the low-rise annexe building, installation of temporary works and removal of the reception canopy. Our in-house asbestos division will be removing the asbestos window panels to accommodate the demolition works.

Demolition of the annexe is being completed above an underground carpark.
